1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any products or services provided by WishEDA Inc. (“WishEDA,” “we,” “us”), including the Trace desktop application and this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

WishEDA provides AI-native hardware design tools, including Trace, an AI-powered PCB design application. Our services include free and paid tiers with varying levels of access to AI design capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Trace is an AI-powered tool designed to assist your PCB design workflow, not replace your engineering judgment. AI can and will make mistakes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all designs, schematics, component selections, routing, and manufacturing outputs before fabrication. WishEDA is not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated designs.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all designs, schematics, and files you create using our products. WishEDA does not claim any intellectual property rights over your design data. We do not use your proprietary designs to train our AI models.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pay As You Go credits do not expire. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WishEDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
